English: This golden colored Belgian style ale is brewed with pilsner, pale caramel, and wheat malts, plus a pinch of Belgian white candy sugar. Bubbling with brightness, soft aromas of citrus, coriander, and nutmeg co-mingle to create a surprisingly crisp and very refreshing strong ale. Quite sessionable for the style.

Serveres ved 8-10° C

Brygget af: Vand, malt (pilsner, amber, karamel), valset hvede, humle (Styrian Goldings, Saaz, Crystal), lys kandis, koriander og alegær

Bottle from Morten. Amber pour, nice white head. Aroma is heavy on spicy yeast - lots and lots of basil notes, a note of vomit, citrus, soap, some cereal-like maltiness. Some nice qualities, but the vomit that was smelled cannot be unsmelled. Taste is spicy yeast, sweet esters, notes of berries, a notable sourness overall, making it quite unpleasant. I really don't like this.
