COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Vejle Bryghus Forårsbryg er en undergæret øl af typen Majbock. Den er gylden med et flot hvidt skum og en tæt maltkarakter. I modsætning til de tyske Majbock er Vejle Forårsbryg mere humlet og frugtig i aromaen. Dette skyldes først og fremmest den New Zealandske humle Nelson Sauvin, som øllen er tørhumlet med, og som giver aroma af mango og papaja. Øllen er brygget med 20 % rugmalt, og der er yderligere tilsat honning og hybenskaller under brygningen, hvilket bidrager til en frugtig og krydret duft og smag af forår.
Brygget af: Vand, malt (pilsner, vienna, rug, karamel), honning, humle (Magnum, Willamette, Vanguard, Nelson Sauvin), hybenskaller og gær. IBU: 25.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy hoppy grassy weak peachy aroma. Fruity malty grainy hoppy bitter grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty sweetish hoppy bitter finish.

De barril. Golden colour, small white head. Fruity pleasant aroma with citrus. Flavour is fresh and hoppy, fruity with citrus, good bitterness. One of the very best beers I have tasted from this brewery.

Draught@CPH BeerFest 2010. Slightly hazy deep orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, grass, bready malts and mild notes of nuttyness. Flavour is quite similar. Finish has some interesting buttery-popcorn-like notes.
