Aromas of sauerkraut, caramel, some sour vegetables, light malt an spicy, some wood and ginger.
Flavours of malts, bitters, spices, sauerkraut, some caramel, light dry, some herbs, nuts, vegetables, cabbage, light soicesand a gentle sour tint.
Aftertaste is bitter, herbs, malts and
Low carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy texture.
Infection? It’s a strange but decent beer, somewhat out of tune but enough interesting flavours... Ok...
