Bottle. [Courtesy of Papsoe, another great tasting session] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Clear flat looking body with a yellow color. Aroma of grain, caramel, grass. Quit malty base. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Very balanced light sweet and bitter flavor. Light dry and somewhat sweet finish. Quit nice. 27-07-07

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 LiebeBier (808) - Annapolis, Maryland, USA - APR 2, 2007
Perfect pour, and in the words of my 4 year old daughter, the beer looks like a superhero...Tea colored with a thick white head coming above the glass. Sweet biscuit and honey aroma. Sweet, toasty, caramel malt flavor with a long finish. Crisp germanic helles flavor.

Very pale, shiny-metallic yellow, well carbonated to good, creamy, just yellow tinted head. Milky, creamy nose, just a touch grassy, short-lived. Hayish, bit grassy going over in not-quite sweet, dry grainy malts. Dry cookies. Very spritzy, spring water-texture, lively, but palate is not great tastewise. Faint metallic-not-quite-bitterish aftertaste. Rather ordinary lager. Used to better from this brewery.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 MoritzF (7756) - Bochum, GERMANY - DEC 28, 2005
(swing top bottle) Clear yellow colour with a frothy diminishing white medium head. Slightly sweet malty aroma with cake dove and wet straw. Dry malty initial taste with white bread, crispy carbonation, light-bitter hoppy finish. Pretty boring, but drinkable.

Bottle: Straw golden coloured, thin steady foamy layer; mainly bready nose, kind of perfumed, some traces of wet cardboard and floral hoppiness; mainly dryish taste: bread, grain, malt; long lasting, dry, bitter-grainy aftertaste; not very aromatic at all and a bit tart. No great pleasure........

Bottle. Translucent gold. Medium foamy white head. Aroma is sourdough, light grass, straw and light malts. Taste is creamy malts, toasted bread, big grassiness and bitter Euro-hops. Body has too much carbonation feel to it. Otherwise light-medium. Finish is more grassy notes and Euro-hops with toasted bread notes and creamy maltiness. Not too bad.
