Nice swing top bottle. Good aroma for the style - malty sweet plus a dash of lemon. Pale malt dominates the flavor with hops on the muted side. Better than expected - an above average pils.

bottle. Pale golden with one finger head. Grassy, grainy body. Pretty strong body for a pils. Dull noble hop presence. Very average.

Very, very dry and lingering Noble bitterness. Slightly musty, and extremely refreshing. Not the most full-bodied or textured German Pils that I’ve had, but it is still an excellent session beer and better than most American Pils.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear pale gold, short-lived white head. Aromas of grass and grains, pale malt. taste is initially a little astringent, giving way to a rounded maltiness.

Draught at Bolero Bamberg, thanks to Finn for sharing. Clear golden coloured body. Tiny, but lasting white head. Faint grass and pale malts on the nose. Moderate taste profile of buttery malts and grassy hops, rather sweet. Oily palate. Soft carbonated. Okay pilsener (Bamberg 12.10.2014).

Fra fat på Bolero, Bamberg 12 Okt 14. Strågul. Lavt tett skum. Aroma av malt. Smaken litt metallisk med hint av frukt. Svakt syrlig tørr ettersmak.

Swing top bottle. Light yellow gold; clear with a decent head. From a swing top bottle. Malt dominated pils with good balance and relatively light flavor and body. Semi-dry finish.

Pours a light golden with a creamy frothy head. Aromas of slight grass, toffee, light hay and slight caramel. Flavors of slight toffee, light grass. Don’t notice any grain. Medium to light sweetness. A decent pils with a slight malty touch. Nothing offensive just not to much going on. Pretty decent actually.

Bavarian beer night, just me and some bottles on 19th Aug 2014. 500ml flip-top: BBD 4th Mar 2015. Poured into an old SchlossBrau stemmed tulip glass three times. Good clear golden body, clean and bright with a solid and lasting white crown. Semi-sweet nose with a dry taste, this is a good, regular Pilsner with a pleasant feel to it. Nothing out of the ordinary, just a well made, easy to drink, refreshing beer in a style available all over the world.

Sehr vernuenftiges Pilsner mit einer Menge an an Milde, ein wenig Getreide und stellenweise Vanille. Geht stark in Richtung Helles mit einer mildherben Note.
