Pours a golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of bready yeast. Flavours of bready yeast, caramel, alcohol and some grassy hops at the back.

Ernest (5623) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 24, 2012
Bottle. Head is initially large, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), with light notes of metal, soap, DMS. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, slightly metallic. Starts out on the right foot with a sizable head, but alas, you can’t judge a book by its cover. Grainy, metallic, soapy notes detract from the hop nose, so it ends up smelling pretty industrial. Not much better in the mouth...bland with a husky and metallic aftertaste. Poor.

Somewhat spongy malt aroma with some bittering hops. Greenish golden, low fluffy lacing white head. Sweet crackermalt topped off with a bit bittering hops, light body - nothing exiting. Light bitterhop finish.

crossovert (4563) - Wisconsin, USA - MAR 10, 2011
500ml brown flip-top bottle. It pours a clear, light gold with a foamy white head that dissipates fairly quickly, but it does leave some nice lacing. The smell is pretty subdued, it has a very earthy scent, not much clarity in the hops or malt. The flavor continues the earthy theme, this bottle is probably old unfortuneately.
