Serve in Flute, Footed Pilsner

It’s golden with an OK head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and a slightly dry bitterness, notes of malt, a little caramel and flower. It’s pleasant with a dry, slightly citrussy finish.

Draft at The Bier Stube in Moline, IL. Poured a typical clear golden color. The head was two fingers high and white with good retention. Some scant lace was left behind on the glass at the end. Smelled of dry cereal grain, grassy hops, and subdued steeping barley. Light bodied and slightly sweet with mild bitterness at the end. Flavors included the likes of hay, syrupy toffee, grass, and noble hops.

Bottle. And beer number 7 in a Pilsner tasting. I hate pilsner. Maybe that influenced my review. Straw-yellow colour with shite short-lasting head. Aroma and flavor is sour and very bitter and skunky. Didn’t enjoy this one bit.

bottle - Yellow golden beer with white head. Faint hops aroma. Flavour is watery, some maltiness and hops. Moderate bitterness.

Draft. Clear gold with a thin white head. Sweet grain with a sour tinge. Very middling. Meh.

sweet aroma, yellow with white head. sweet and bitter , slight fruity hint too. okay but nothing i´ll buy again.

Draught. golden beer with white head. Nice aroma with notes of flowers. Taste malty and a good hoppy bitterness in the end. Indeed a very nice pilsner. There would be days, when I wouldn´t rate it as high, but this was the time and the place. Slesvig in a nice german summerevening.

not a lot going on perhaps, but a super smooth, foamy texture and very clean.
