Small head, crisp flavor. Had it on tap in Heidelberg Germany after walking the castle all day. A very refreshing pilsner with a hint of sweetness.

Subtle fruity spicy nose. Gold with a slight haze, tight smallish head. Mild spicy sweetness, overly steeped chamomile bitterness for balance. Well-carbonated, lighter body, aggressive, but crisp finish. Really elegant Pilsener.

Pils dont’ rate highly on this site but this Germain Pils is one of the smoothest pils I’ve ever had. German’s love pils and this is one of the best examples extant.
