2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Kristall-König (1552) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - SEP 14, 2011
Typische blass-gelbe Pilsfarbe. Pilsig-herbe Geruchsaromen, ganz leicht getreidig.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 sm89walt (1344) - Norwich, Norfolk, ENGLAND - SEP 11, 2011
500ml bottle. Effervescent clear yellow body & a large, rocky & disappearing soapy white head. Skunky, grainy aromas, some corn & grassy hop. Sweet palate malt, some lemon, grain & a grassy bitterness on the tongue. Light finish, medium carbonation, light body. Crisp, firm mouthfeel, light tang in the aftertaste. A refreshing & harmless pils.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 kwik-lime (597) - London, ENGLAND - AUG 23, 2011
Sweeter than a typical pils, and feels slightly grainy. Not much hop character, although quite malty with a biscuity hint. OK, but much better pilseners out there.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Skinnyviking (5472) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 7, 2011
Draught. Low fluffy white quickly disappearing head. Clear yellow golden body. Mild weak malt aroma and flavor with little hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20 Metalchopz (1173) - Quebec, CANADA - AUG 3, 2011
Originally rated November 2006. Purchased at the SAQ in front of the casino in Hull, Quebec. Best before date on bottom of can reads: 21.06.07. Pours a pale golden colour with a creamy white head. Good retention on this one (for a pilsener) with small amount of lacing. Carbonation is very active with medium-big bubbles. Sweet malt nose with a light hoppy scent (but not the usual hop found in a pils). Light-bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. The taste is very mild, with some malt (not sweet though), some grain, and some very light bitterness in the finish. Not sure if the recipe was changed, as reviews were really good before, and recent reviews have gone real down. Nothing impressive here.
