Bottle 50cl, a clear yellow beer. Nose is low and malty. An hopy beer with a dry malty lager like basis, not bad but quite classic one.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden pour with a white long lasting head. Light aroma of malt and a hint of hops. The taste follows the nose. A balanced taste and aftertaste. All in all, a nice refreshing beer

Decent pilsner. Nice golden color. Clean grain flavor, but the finish is mostly a flat hop bitterness

Sourdough but quite elusive aroma. Golden and very clear in appearance. Sharp bitter hops, something green and lean on the palate. Maybe nettles or green beans? Overall, this is refreshing but somehow not satisfying.

Draft at celtic bayou. Pours a crystal clear bright pale gold. Loose white head. Spotty lace. Corny, toasty, grassy, crackery nose. Soft woolly carb, medium body. Nice approachable body. Toast, corn, corn nuts, crackers on the mid palate. Mild grassy finish. Clean out that corny flavor and this one is nearly a world beater.

gramity (520) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 11, 2011
Old review from notes in Sept 2009. Very light yellow-gold with a tight frothy head. Good clarity. Aroma is pretty good, with some subtle noble hop notes: grass, light sulfur and spice. Light and quite refreshing. Light biscuit malt. Clean, sturdy bitterness, though somewhat flinty and metallic. Pungent, earthy hop flavor you don’t get with many German pilsners. Soft, ample carbonation.
