2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 sayravai (4526) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 8, 2010
(Bottled, rated 2010-09-02, the first time ever I drink beer in Germany :) Very pale yellow color, medium, lacy head. Herby-hoppy nose with pale malt. Corny-pale-malty flavor with a touch of butter and some late, herby bitterness. Light body, quite refreshing after a Helsinki-Travemünde boat trip and driving at night to Hamburg. A very basic lager, but clean and quite refreshing right now.

On draught at Thai Elephant restaurant Berlin. Pale golden colour, transparent. Little in the way of aroma. Slight hoppy taste, very smooth palate. Pleasant with a spicy meal but not much going on otherwise.

2010-08-02. Almost a year ago I married the beautiful and lovely Mabel, after having successfully gotten her interested in Ratebeer. Little did I know that she would be so enthused with the rating aspects, that in a room full of beers scoring the the 4.X range she would insist upon getting a glass of this. I have created a monster.... a lovely lovely monster. :) ( I of course had to join her....) Crisp dark yellow body with a small white head. Industrial grainy aroma, Sweet industrial, grainy pale malt in the flavour. Average palate. Awful. Tick. FONEFAN Masters Division Celebration, The White Horse, Parsons Green, London
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 Michail (12) - ITALY - AUG 17, 2010
Light gold, nice white head. Aroma: light malt, honey, grass, with an hint of lemon. Fresh. Taste is fine, better than classic economic beers of this price level. Nice honey flavour, fresh hop, herbs. Simply beer, refreshing. Not outstanding, but a nice pils for an aperitif.

Part of a variety pack at World Market. Actually not too bad at all. Nice balance of malt vs. hop. Serving: Bottle

Straw-blonde with persistent, but diffuse bubbles rising to support the flimsy pond scum top. Herby Saaz nose--has never been to my liking. Crisp herby Saaz flavor, some grassiness and earth. Crisp and to the point. Stylistically sound, just not to my palate.
