Draft pint. A textbook pilsner, with average noble hop taste, significant carbonation. Crisp, drinkable and refreshing. Not going to blow you away by any means but sticks true to its’ style.

Tap at the Pure Bar and Kitchen, Birmingham. Poured a clear straw colour with a round white head. The aroma is yeast, light malt. The flavour is light bitter sweet with a watery light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Translucent straw with a thick foamy white head. Medium-light body with very high carbonation.

Aroma: salty minerality, doughy pilsner malt, spicey herbal hops like tettnang or spaltz.

Taste: sharp carbonation, french bread maltiness, herbal hops, stoney hard water.

Very carbonated even for a pils, with expected high minerality, but has a nice malt and hop profile.

Bottle. Straw, white head. Nose is lemon hops, some floral. Flavour is simple malt, hay, and lemon. Classic Europils, not as good as (German) Becks, doesn’t have the marbly mouthfeel.

Fruity citrus aroma, light creamy white head, soft carbonation, száraz tiszta íz. Klasszikus észak-germán pilzener. Nincs is jobb az ilyen forró nyári napokon...

Review according to BJCP2008 guidelines (style 2A). Can 0.5 l - Batch unknown. AROMA: slight sweet, grainy aroma mixed with DMS in the background. some sulfury notes. very faint hop aromas. APPEARANCE: pale straw color and very clear. creamy white head with médium-low retention. TASTE: slight malt notes with médium-low bitterness that persists in the aftertaste. very low to none hop flavours. PALATE: light body with low carbonation. a bit watered down. OVERALL: a watered down german pilsener that lacks the noble hops character.
