A very enjoyable German Pilsner. I have learned not to put much emphasis on numerical rating, although I do assign scores to beers. Anyhow, I enjoyed this one. A nice little beer.

pale yellow colour, minimal white head; aroma of grain, cardboard, some metallic notes and hay; taste of a sourish industrial lager with some metallic and cardboard notes, as well as hoppy bitterness; not really good

Nothing exciting about the pour. High carbonation metallic bitterness. Not anyhting different than your average golden macro.

Bottle. Clear yellow golden with a white head. Aroma of grainy malt. Sweetish malty and hay flavors, some bready notes, bitter finish, pretty bland. Light-medium bodied. Dull industrial pilsner.

Pours golden with a white head. The boring lager aroma. Taste is also that boring corn lager taste. Weak.

It’s crazy that I am just now trying this beer for the first time. For one reason or another, this beer is always so easy to find on draft, but is always hidden behind an impressive starting lineup. I bought this to finally try it, and to see what was so great about it to always be featured in so many places around here, and likely everywhere. Pours a clear pale yellow color with almost no head. Corn heavy aroma and flavor. Very dry. Low in overall flavor. Not a great pilsner for me. Mostly forgettable, but still wouldn’t call it bad.

Egy kellemes aromájú, kellemesen kesernyés pilsner. A színe kicsit talán túlságosan világos, a habja pedig igen gyorsan összeesik, kicsit talán kukoricás mellékíze van, de ez egyáltalán nem domináns. . Összességében egy nyári estén nagyon kellemes szomjoltó.

0.5 l bottle, best before 8 /1/2016. Clear, straw yellow with a medium large, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-grassy aroma of straw, cereals and sweet malt. Sweetish, grassy-malty taste of straw, cereals and sweet malt, followed by a short, slightly bitter, grassy finish. Thin body, slightly fizzy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid and boring, too sweet and not hoppy enough for a real pilsener. Quaffable and refreshing, though.

Golden with fluffy white head. Malty atoma. Taste of roasted malts and hops, medium bitterness. Average pilsener.

Can 0.5l. Clear yellowish with medium white head. Floral aroma with some fruitiness (pear) and some graininess. Clean flavor, light sourness and light bitterness, floral and a bit creamy. Lively carbonation, light-bodied.
