A very enjoyable German Pilsner. I have learned not to put much emphasis on numerical rating, although I do assign scores to beers. Anyhow, I enjoyed this one. A nice little beer.

Trochę skunksa i szmaty. W smaku niestety to samo. Nie tak intensywnie, jak w zapachu, ale odczuwalnie... Słabooo...

From the Bottle: A bright golden in color with little head. Flavor is light and refreshing but not special. A little more hops would have been nice.

Bottle. Pale yellow compur. Big lasting white head. Light floral aroma. Pils malt. Crispy floral flavour. Medium bitter finish. Creamy body high carbo. A common pilsner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap in the Queen’s Head, Hammersmith. Came pale golden, bright with a decent white head in a stylish tankard. Quite a clean lager, crisp, some moderate bitterness from German hops. Not unpleasant but a bit safe.

Straw colour, bit of white head, bit of lacing. Medium / light body, not overly carbonated. Little aroma. Hint of herbs. Dry finish. Clean and refreshing - not exactly overburdened by taste.

Draught/Keg @ The Brewery Tap. Brentford -West London . Ok so I met my mother who was in the area buying spirtual art pictures of owls , they are her ’spirit guide ’ in a Shamanic context -if U believe in such concepts . Any way , I never drink @ the Tap but my Mom wanted too cause its closer to the Hippy ass art gallery . IMO my reluctance is its a boring Fullers pub with low boost mundane brews ..run by weird Australians ...and anyone with a palate in Brentford drinks @ the excellent Magpie And Crown pube ... That’s a fucken pub right there , a pub with good craft and a friendly rough around the edges ambience ! bro if youre in my hood go there ! I don’t even rate beer now, the practice is dead to me- try just boosting your fave beers for a few months without thinking about nuances and shit -its liberating . ...I think the act of rating beer was smoke screening my alcoholism in a charade .Look, im a sophisticated drunk @ weekends !. So I got this Pils @ the boring Fullers owned TAP..it was this Pils or Low Boost Golds - I like PIls’ anyway . My Mom got a large Bordeaux as she was in the mood to boost fast , we talked about this that and nothing too ... VELTINS PIls arrived in its own pint mug glass ,im a fan of such glasswear ,they’re classy boheimian. Any wAy , this is tight ass shit if you like PIss ant delicate PILs’ ,but this was not brewed in an obscure mountain town , no its very macro , very dry , very bready and a tad sweet . Better than a LOW BOOST GOLD in the piss ant Brewery TAp ? Big time !

Found back quite some tasting notes, among them, this one. APPEARANCE: clear blond beer, small unstable white head. NOSE: metallic and quite bad, not expired though? TASTE: fruity, bitter, metallic again, plain bad
