50 cl flaske. Øllet hældes i glasset og ser brunt ud, dog med et rødbrunt klart skær. Skummet eller the head er beige og ca 1 1/2 cm tykt, ikke cremet, men medium boblende. Har en dejlig aroma, der minder om de tyske bocks. Første indtryk er en dejlig mætning og en skøn bitterhed, som afsluttes med en let sødme. Øllet har fin fylde, og den brændte bitterhed som sikkert er malten er karakteristisk. En meget vellykket dansk Bock.

Dark brown colour with medium white head. Aroma is sweet of toffee caramel,dried fruits and malt,good well balanced taste with hint of tosted bread and brown sugar.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear dark brown/red with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, nuts, sweet , butter and bitter.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Tasting, 2011. Pours clear amber with a small creamy white head. Quite a lot of toffee and butter in both aroma and flavor. A bit of caramel, grain and alcohol. Sweet and warm.

Pours clear dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma is dominated by butterscotch. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Thanks to TorbenH. Brown color and hazy. Has an off-white head, moderate duration. Nice aroma, toasted, malty, light yeasty. Flavor is sweet, toast, caramel. Creamy texture.
