Nose is dark malts, light spice, sugars, dark fruits, dates, raisens.
Taste comprises dark toffee fudge, light spice, dark fruits, sugars.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, dark fruity finish,
Decent enough offering.

Aroma heel vaag in de verte, naar wat, geen idee, wat zoets. Smaak is fruitig, appel, wat friszuur, maar waterig. Geen nasmaak. Kraag snel weg, te koud? Van de huistap @ de Klep.

Tap. Clear red brown body with a large tan head. Aroma/taste: subtle fruity, chocolatey, biscuity, slightly bitter body with a slightly dry chocalatey/cherry finish. Medium bodied.

The head is robust, the body almost black. It smells sweet, alcoholic, plum, full bodied. The taste is full bodied, caramel, sweet, yeasty, fruity-alcoholic, raisins. Overall intensive and ok! 12/11/10/11/-/11

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2012 Van de tap in De Klep in Venlo. Donkerbruine kleur. Aroma van sokkerpaek, mout en wat caramel. Smaakt naar bruin brood. Helaas wat waterig.
