On tap @ the brewery. Deep brown appearance with a brown head. The aroma is roasty, has some coffee and coffee, and plenty of earth. Creamy mouth feel. High herbal bitterness. Some chalk. Burnt coffee beans. Kind of fun.

Tap at Verboten. Pours black with tan head. Aroma is roasty, chocolate. Taste is a bit thin, bitter finish, simple, roasty, medium carbonation. Overall, yet another thin, roasty stout from em.

On tap at Colorado Plus. Murky brown appearance with minimal head. Chocolate, coffee and lightly roasted malts. Mildly sweet. Pretty good, but I remember this being better at the brewery.

Deep dark brown with a foamy light khaki head. Lovely nose of oatmeal and earthy roasted malt. Smooth but big and full flavor with dark semisweet cocoa and some bitter roast and a touch of oatmeal. Smooth yet complex and full.

On tap at Choice City. Pours dark brown with a nice tan head and a chocolate aroma. Thete is a medium-bodied smooth chocolate flavor with a dry slightly bitter finish.
