Very pale pour, slight yellow tinge, but almost looks like club soda. Aroma is apples, and cheap white wine. Flavour is tart with apples, and white wine grapes. I can’t kick this cheap white wine flavour, but the apples do shine in the end. Not bad, butnot great, i’ve clearly been spoiled from all the iced cider products i’ve had.

Light god, dissapating white head. Aroma is an earthy like apple note with sugar. Taste is apple with faint alcohol seeping through.

750 ml bottle from MrManning! Thanks Len! Nose of apples, with a ricey, sake like note; translucent gold with a lot of carbonation, the head recedeing quickly leaving a quarter inch ring around the glass’s sides; flavor a combo of sweet and tart appleiness.

[740-20071005] 500mL (w/ jerc). Apple aroma has some faint gingery spice. Clear, pale yellow body with a long-lasting bubbly white head and a lot of bubbles. Initially sweet apple flavour finishes dry. Light body made lighter by the bubbles. Nice, repeatable light beverage.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pale bubbly yellow body. Mild sweet fruity apple aroma. Muted, sweet fruity apple flavour with a tart dry finish. Average palate is pleasantly effervescent. Extremely drinkable, but a bit simplistic at times. I feel like I am under rating it, but thats where the numbers came out.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow cider with lots of carbonation – champagne-style. Aroma of light semi-sweet apple is a bit too weak IMO. Taste of sweet apple with a long dry finish. I thought it lack a bit of tart and carbonation is too heavy. Overall, this is a very good cider, very refreshing and very well balance but a tad too much carbonation.

Bottle courtesy of MrManning. Pours a very pale yellow with oodles of carbonation and a large head that quickly dissipates. Very similar to champagne in appearance. Aroma is of slightly sweet green apples. In the mouth, it’s sweet but not cloying. The apples really come through. Quite yummy and refreshing. This is my first "serious" cider, so hopefully I’ll have more to say when my experience is broader.

750 ml bottle- Spills pale sparkling golden with lots of champagne carbonation. Aromas of fresh fruit, apples, gummi bears, grass. Tastes of fresh apples, other fruit, candy. Sharp, delicate finish. Very nice.
