pours very pale straw, i should say hay, microbubbles surfacing. faint red apples, hint of green ones, mild yeast, off-flavors, malt-like esters, few yogurty notes. light and enjoyable acidity. soft but constant carbonation, light body - watery. drinkable like a coors light is without it being uber-large public..

Bottle. Pours a clear golden straw yellow. A light apple sweetness covers the slightly acidic note at the front. Medium bodied, very fine carbonation. Something odd right away though, a bit of sulfite flavor perhaps. Dry apples, a touch of acid, and a bit of sweetness. Nice enough, and easy drinking and sessionable.

On tap @ Henry House in Halifax. Both the menu and our server said this was a McAuslan cider, but I could find no reference to it on the brewery website. Anyway, I really enjoyed this sobi feel compelled to add it. I’m sure it will sort itself out if I’m wrong. This presented as nearly clear, with fine champagne-like bubbles. Fresh, beautiful appleskins aroma, full-on Macintosh, bursting out of the glass, hints of spice. Tart, fresh crisp apple palate, no spices on the palate. Gets the salivary glands moving! Dry tart finish. I thought this was an awesome cider!

Has a soft and faint apple aroma emanating from a yellowish body with no head. Flavour is a simply but drinkable sweet apple mix. Average mouthfeel. It’s right about in the middle of the pack for ciders; a shame since it was quite expensive.

A light, sweet, flavourful, almost apple juice like cider. Perfect for those who don’t like strong or bitter beer/cider.

Bottle at C’est What? Appearance: Very very light yellow, almost water like. Aroma: Green apple however synthetic, kind of like apple chewing gum. Flavour: Light apple, lots of carbonation, slight pear notes in the finish.

Appearance: plain, clear light golden 3-
Nose: Fresh apples, clean aroma, papierowka apple like. Clean straight and very refreshing.
Flavor/Palate : Lighter with gentle carbonation. Clean , sweet with lighter apple flavour. Good straight cider.

Perfectly petillant. This was my standby cider when I could buy it easily in bottles. Apple juice flavor, a bit tart and dry.
