On tap @ Henry House in Halifax. Both the menu and our server said this was a McAuslan cider, but I could find no reference to it on the brewery website. Anyway, I really enjoyed this sobi feel compelled to add it. Iím sure it will sort itself out if Iím wrong. This presented as nearly clear, with fine champagne-like bubbles. Fresh, beautiful appleskins aroma, full-on Macintosh, bursting out of the glass, hints of spice. Tart, fresh crisp apple palate, no spices on the palate. Gets the salivary glands moving! Dry tart finish. I thought this was an awesome cider!

Has a soft and faint apple aroma emanating from a yellowish body with no head. Flavour is a simply but drinkable sweet apple mix. Average mouthfeel. Itís right about in the middle of the pack for ciders; a shame since it was quite expensive.

Perfectly petillant. This was my standby cider when I could buy it easily in bottles. Apple juice flavor, a bit tart and dry.

On tap at Cíest What - came a very clear, very pale straw yellow with almost no head. Strong aroma of green apples with a faint touch of yeast. Flavour quite nice, apple predominant (obviously). Nice to have a lighter, but still flavourful, cider.
