Clear cider, very pale. Pleasant apple aroma and taste. Refreashing, but nothing exceptional.

Aug 5, 2008 341 ml bottle from HogTownHarry; my main cider guy; Nose of tartness and slightly sweet apples; translucent pale gold with a nice bubbly white head; flavor is tart, green appleswith only a tiny hint of sweetness and a little white pepperiness; finish is a slight tart note.

Jan 28, 2008 Draught. Smells of apple and wine, with a sparkling pale gold color and no head. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, and finishes heavily acidic and lightly bitter. High in effervescence, light bodied with a nice dry finish. First cider rating, wasn’t too bad.

Sep 7, 2007 Sample from tap at the Halifax Seaport Beerfest. Pale straw colour with a fully diminishing fizzy white head. Apple skin and light brown sugar aroma. Sweet apples and sugar flavour. Medium bodied, syrupy mouthfeel.
