Mondial 2007: I though this was pretty interesting, I tried to not drink only beers at the Mondial. Pink color, fizzy, tasty. I liked this but my tastes tend towards the girly beverages. I found the carbonation a little much.

Jul 3, 2007 Sample from 750 ml bottle at the Mondial, Montreal (May 2007). Pale, lightly oily/foggy rose-colored body, faint legs, a bit of quick-dying fizzy head....light, well-integrated aromas of raspberry, tart apple, and a hint of butter cookies....raspberry is quite subtle on the tongue, adding mostly tartness and acidity to the already tart, dry apple flavor....sweetnes is muted; a bit of odd metallic character at the finish causes a slight problem, but not completely despoling....carbonation faint but stinging when swallowing.
