Première fois très satisfaisante. Doux mais vraiment excellent! À déguster à nouveau assurément.

pours clear pale yellow with a bubbly yet collapsing white head. pear juice not made from concentrate with its natural sweetness, apples, mild yeast, some floral notes and soft fruity esters. lively carbonation, light body, sweetish and lightly herbal finish. meh.

Originally rated December 2006. Bought this one on the island where it is made. Pours a slightly haze pear-like colour with lots of champagne carbonation. Great nose of real pear juice and Granny Smith apples. Syrupy mouthfeel, but not too sticky. The taste is quite sweet with the pear fruit going into the aftertaste, but not too long. This pear cider is not bad at all, but not recommended if you like dry ciders (as this one is not, and pretty sweet).

Bouteille de 341 ml. Jaune pale, un peu pétillant. Arome faible de pomme/poire. Goût très sucré, mais pas à tombé sur le coeur, plus poire que pomme. L’arriéere goût n’est pas mauvait.

Strong tart green apple aroma is simple but appealing. Clear, pale, white wine-like appearance. Initial fizzy head diminishes completely. No legs on the glass. Initial strong sweetness, fades to pear flavour and browned apples in the finish. Medium bodied and never sticky despite how sweet this is. Bottle.

341 ml bottle. Clear very light champagne hue, quite bubbly...strong sweet fresh apple nose, hints of pear appear late...flavor quite sweet, a bit syrupy, clean fresh moderately sweet apples, pears and vanilla..somewhat commercial-tasting but high quality and clean.
