50 cl bottle. Clear orange with a short lived, light brown, small head. Rich caramel sauce and spice aroma. Sweet, light acidic and light bitter flavors with notes of wood, toasted tobacco and caramel. Medium body. Smooth to drink. Leaves the tongue dry.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, 330 ml, at home. Poured into a tulip glass. ABV 5.8%
Bright red caramel colour on the body. Head is just a bit taller than one finger, off-white in colour, with average retention and it leaves light lacing as it collapses.
Aroma of malts but not heavy, caramel, a bit of strawberry juice (?).
Taste follows the aroma, quite a bit of caramel, then (heavier now) malts flavour on the aftertaste, along with a good bitterness with medium duration.
Medium thin body, a bit too much carbonation.
Overall a decent beer, a good alternative to the wider available lagers of the greek market.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from National Brewer Centre, Burton. Red mahogany beer with medium head and low rise lacing. Looks very attractive. Aroma is malts, caramel and some cherry drops. Taste is sweet malts, caramel, fruity and some mild bitter hops. Medium to light bodied and a little chewy. This is a good Vienna, one of the best Greek beers I have had.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
500ml Bottle at Kalimari, Nacka.
Clear red with a medium light head.
Quite light and very easy to drink. Would have been boring to drink on its own, atleast in the swedish winter...

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
0,2L bottle sample@Internationales Bierdorf, Tettnanger Hopfenwandertag 2014. Translucent red chestnut with lively lacing, nice and fragrant Vienna dry caramalt aromatics with that typical wood and some dried berries. Taste is same, nicely drinkable though with a rougher cardboard edge and some of those earsmear hops towards the finish. Very decent Greek Vienna...

2.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
0,33l bottle, bought at carrefour in Crete. Small-medium head. Pale ale-colour. Flavour of something sweet...nessels maybe. Some nuts. The taste is not too delicate and has a bitter twist which better belongs to a G&T than a beer. Short finish.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at home. Has a golden reddish brown colour with a medium, light beige head. Dried fruit in the aroma along with leather, fudge, and bread. Sweet flavour with more caramel, dried fruit and roasted almonds. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A pretty nice vienna but maybe a bit too sweet.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JUL 14, 2009 Finally I found it. Since it is brewed in northern Greece , it was quite difficult to find this in Athens. At the end I found it 1’ away from me.
Red color. Not so much aroma , sweet caramel like. The taste is pretty complex. Very pleasant sweetness, notes of nuts , caramel and some fruit. Very good aftertaste. Recommended !
