Bottle from GreekBeerShop. Pours hazy golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma of wheat, light banana and cloves. Taste is the same, good fresh wheat and citrus, light banana and cloves, well balanced, good refreshment and a good addition to all the euro lager. Enjoyed in a sunny hot Crete.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
500ml bottle from an Inka supermarket in Rethymno. Creamy and dense white head to a apricot coloured body with a wheat haze. Aroma has got wheat together with touch of yeasty fruitiness. Wheat, clove, late banana, and sweet fruits to the taste buds balanced by a little tartness towards the end. Medium bodied. Refreshing and quite alright at the balcony of the hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea (Crete 09.09.2013).

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle at home. Pours a hazy light orange colour with a whipped eggwhite-like, medium head. Sweet aroma of banana, spices and lots of pale malt and wheat. Sweet flavour as well with some pale malt and alcohol. Pretty light actually. Slick and soft mouth feel, and a light bitterness. Decent enough but the flavour do not follow up.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 500 ml, bought in Greece. Poured into a weizen glass. ABV 5.4%
Nice honey like orange colour on the body, slighty hazy, with a big and thick white head on top, with low retention and no lacing left on the glass. Lazy bubbles rising to the surface.
Aroma of wheat but not a heavy one, light banana. Smells quite good actually.
Very nice taste as well, again wheat but not that much, so is not very sweet either, ripe bananas again and an aftertaste full of fruits and bubblegum.
Soft carbonation, medium body. Good dryness on the palate.
I didn’t have any high hops about this one, but at the end, it turned out to be really really good, it could compete with lots of the german hefeweizens I’ve bought in german supermarkets over the years.
