Bottled@Quinns, London. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some toasted notes, mild rubber and some alcohol. Flavour is floral, fruity, wooden, yeasty and also shows the signs of alcohol. Alcohol is too evident to make this a pleasant brew.

Clear blond beer, creamy white head, bit stable, adhesive. Aroma: hops, yeast, some dairy (very much like St. Feuillien). MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: come citrus, bitter, cheesy, bitter hops. Aftertaste: grapefruit, lemon zest, gentle hop bitterness.

Golden blond coloured beer with average carbonation and a small white head. Light hoppy sweet hinted aroma with touches of yeasts and herbs. Full palate. Finish is bitter sweet and light hoppy to yeasty alcoholic hinted. Not bad.

Bottle 33cl, a clear yellow beer with medium head that goes quickly. Nose is intense on lemon and oranges. Aroma is malty, sweet with fruit nose but more balanced than we would expect by the nose. Body is a bit bread like, finish is hopy and slightly metallic, bitter and short.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Biscuity (cara-)malty aroma with herbal hops and a tinge of sourness. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented biscuity and buttery taste with shy fruity notes; sweet malty and minimally bitter hoppy finish with traces of alcohol. 13.X.11

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Small off white head. Aroma of caramel, sweetness and some fruits. Falvour of fruits, sweetness, light spice and some caramel. Medium bodied. Ends on a fruity and sweet note. Easy to drink and matched the dish it was served with at Den Tatoverede Enke well.

draft @ Delirium, Brussels. Dorée/orangée, col blanc. Arôme de malt léger pale, levure et houblon, garde ce nez belge typique avec ce fini levure et renfermé. En bouche, profile malté assez agréable allant vers un caramel doux grillé, le tout avec un houblon épicé. Levure reste présente avec en retrait un houblon fleuri et fruité léger tropical et agrumes. Grain, sec, et pointe épice sur la fin. Ne le fait pas trop à mon goût, seul le malt sort cette dernière de la banalité.
