Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toast-malty and slightly sugary taste with caramel and present fruity notes; sweet malty, mildly fruity and slick finish. Pours clear orange/amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, dried fruits, alcohol, caramel and floral. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long grassy finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, at Risras. It pours a clear, dark amber body under a dense, finger-thick, beige head. The aroma has toffee, prunes and some dark sugar, pleasant but a bit boring. It’s soft on the palate, semi dry and full-bodied, with flavors of toffee, figs and prunes dominating the flavour. Some bitterness that lasts for a good time. Dried fruits too in the finish. A quite pleasant one, but there’s nothing extraordinary going on. 121111

33cl bottle. Red wood color with small white head. Nose : red fruits with burned toast, cooked cherries and strong tart. Sip : medium body with oily and creamy texture, low to medium carbonation. Sweet with strong tart and cooked cherries flavor. Slightly spicy with bubblegum feeling. Aftertaste confirms that this beer is all about cooked cherries and tart.
