UPDATED: MAY 13, 2003 Bottled at the Danish Beerfestival 2003: Orange coloured. Medium lasting head. Has a spicy and somewhat hoppy aroma. Has a full flavour. Fruityness and some vague sourness is present, but not unpleasant. The beer has some metallic notes. Light bitter in the end.

German pilsner like. Skunky smell, a bit like Grolsch Special Malt. Caramel malt in the aroma i guess. Watery taste, not much to say about this anymore. Not my kind of beer.

Bottled (0.5 l). I had been drinking special brews before i took this beer so perhaps my vision is a bit blurred, but for me this seemed like an average pilsener. Watery, nothing special.

I always had troubles buying this beer. The label didn’t invite me to do so. Although 5.1% it looked like a NA. But recently the brewery uses a complete new label (didn’t recognize it as this beer). At the moment the old label is still shown at RB. And what a surprise. It’s more like an english than a belgian ale. The aroma is caramel, hop perfume and very malty. Amber color, off-white head, good lace. Sweet but not annoying, fruity, hoppy, light bitter. A little dry finish. Nice beer.
