Poured from a bottle into a snifter. Pours a clear dark brown color with a beige 1-finger head. Aroma is vinegary. Taste is acidic, sour, vinegar, and some dark fruitiness. Average carbonation that leaves the palate cleanly with a minute lingering bite.

Draft at the Distillery. Pours dark brown with copper undertones. Tastes like sour cherries, plums, vinegar, and alcohol. Light body and low.carbonation. smells like apple cider.vinegar and white vinegar.

Nice Flemmish sour beer. Taste of oak, old hops and sour fruits. I like it, but it’s more toned down than other beers of this style. Perhaps they did it to sell more of it.

First sour I have tried. Transparent, dark ruby-brown, plenty of bubbles. Smells exactly like red wine (leathery tannins, fermented grapes). Taste is slightly sweet, balsamic vinaigrette; sourness builds up as you keep sipping. Crisp, fizzy palate.

On tap at Global Brew. Pours a somewhat cloudy reddish/brown with a decent light tan head. Aroma is sweet/sour fruit and a bit of funk. Taste is caramel malt, sour fruit and the odd funkiness that wild yeast brings to the table. Mustiness of old cloth is there as well, yet this remains a well balanced tasty brew. One of the better sours out there.

Warka 2015-10-16. Kolor bordowy, dosc mocno zmetnione. Piana bardzo obfita, powoli opada, zostawia gruba warstwe i piekny lejsing. Niestety piwo bylo przegazowane, gushing i te sprawy. W zapachu spora slodycz, dzikosc, czerwone wino, lekka slodowosc i karmelowosc, suszone i kandyzowane owoce, lekki zmywacz do paznokci, lekki alkohol. W smaku pelne, oleiste, lekko slodkawe i karmelowe, kwasnosc na srednim poziomie, reszta smaku to powtorka z aromatu. Odczucie w ustach nieprzyjemne, zaklejajace i piekaco-drapiace w gardle, bardzo nieprzyjemne, pijalnosc spada prawie do zera. Wysycenie wysokie.

Pours dark and cloudy but looking through into a light a lovely deep ruby red beer appears. Aroma is tart and fruity. Taste is amazing. Fruity, cherry and sour apple with a tart clean finish. Very refreshing and drinkable. Really like this beer. Surprised. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Deep dark red clear color with foamy soda like head. Smells like balasamic vinegar. A vinegar bite casing surrounding a grainy center. leaves a light vinegar tart behind.
