One of my favs although it reminds me more of a wine. Nice reddish brown color with cherry and oak smells with maybe some raisin in there. Nice and sweet taste that needs to be sipped. Medium body and very full on the palate. Great beer IMO.

This is one of few beers that lefy me speachless... The taste is absolutely incredible. Sour combined with the wine after-taste is one of a kind. I fell in love with this beer after 1st try. Go now and but it!

Cerveza de color rojo rubí con una cabeza de color beige. Aroma ácido y fuerte como el aroma fermentado de una Gueuze. Sabor suave y exquisito al principio, termina con un regusto ácido, muy complejo, que buena es esta cerveza.

Bottle @ some beer place in Bruges. Dark red-brown colour. Very complicated arome, taste is divine. Don’t expect the taste of beer, though. Sweet and sour at the same time in very balanced way. First impression is wine, but maybe some drink with campari would be more close.

Dark brown colour, with tiny off-white head. Smell of champagne, the same are flavours with prevailing grape notes, pears, cherries. Medium carbonation and bitterness, and dry finish.

Esta cerveza tiene un sabor acido pero a la vez dulce, una espuma media y abundante carbonatacion.

Small bottle. Classy design. Clear chestnut body with a small off-white head. Aroma has some soft Worcestershire sauce but the malty parts are not totally overshadowed. Complex. Taste has pleasant balsamic vinegar and strawberry tartness but again the malty parts add fullness and complexity. Once the tartness subdues the finish even starts to resemble non-sour brown beers. Very nice and complex beer.

Beetje zurig/azijnzurig, lange nasmaak. Ruikt lekker maar smaakt minder goed. Eikenhout is goed te proeven.

Butelka 0.25L.
Wygląd: Miedziane, klarowne. Obfita, kremowa piana, średnio i wielkopęcherzykowa. Szybko redukuje się do 2mm i lekko firankuje.
Aromat: Kwaśno słodki, owocowy i dziki. Najbardziej z owoców wyczuwalna brzoskwinia. Po zamieszaniu i lekkim ogrzaniu pojawia się intensywna farba emulsyjna. Trochę nut stajennych i octowych.
Odczucie: Wysycenie wysokie, ciało średnie, faktura musująca i lekko cierpka.
Smak: Słodkie i kwaśne zarazem. Lekko dzikie, końska derka, zbożowe, chlebowe i tostowe. Farba emulsyjna, owoce- rodzynki, figi i śliwka. Goryczki nie ma wcale.
Całość: Jak piłem poprzednim razem to nie czułem intensywnej farby emulsyjnej, która tutaj zdecydowanie przeszkadza. Do tego za słodkie.

Aroma is of some malt, and much vinegar. This put me off at first, but it grew on me. As I sipped, I also noticed an oak undertone. The taste - needless to say - very sour. The palate is invigorating. This sour beer is not for everyone... but I think it’s amazing.

Bottle 750ml, pours clear brown with small white head, that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma of grapes, white wine, honey, vinegar, raisins and some delicate barnyard. In taste high sourness followed by heavy sweetness. No bitterness at all. IMO sweetness is a to high, but still it?s easy drinkable. Very fruity but when drinking for a longer time it starts being very insipid. Good beer but more than 300ml is to much.
