One of my favs although it reminds me more of a wine. Nice reddish brown color with cherry and oak smells with maybe some raisin in there. Nice and sweet taste that needs to be sipped. Medium body and very full on the palate. Great beer IMO.

Lovely brown-red color; dark prune juice. Aroma is dark grapes, musty basement funk, Flavor is an incredible combination of prunes, dark sugars, sour Brett funk, seeded strawberries, plums, sugared raisins, Feels slick and chewy, with a slight burn on the way down. Hides the alcohol well, but not completely. It’s just one of the most enjoyable beers I’ve had, consistently.

Aromat - bardzo winny, ale również delikatnie czekoladowy, kwaśny, cherry; złożony. Piana - średnia, ale drobna, jasnobeżowa, z lekka oblepia szkło. Klarowne, rubinowo brunatne. Słodko kwaśne. Wyraźne czerwone owoce, lekka czekolada, Lekko nagazowane

the aroma is a great powerful hit of vinegar, there is more there but i find it hard to recognize anything other than the vinegar. flavor is much the same but it transcends to a salty savory after the sweet vinegar has dissipated. it poured int a clear dark body with a creamy white head.

Bottle. Pours clear red brown with beige head. Aroma has caramel, wood, nutty notes and some sweet sourness. Taste is sweet and lightly sourness with complex winey character, with walnuts, dried fruit, wood and malt. A classic!

Refreshing, fruitful, aroma is slightly hoppy, color dark almost like stout, very fine sparkling almost like champagne.

On tap. Pours a clear dark ruby with a medium, long lasting, beige head that laces. Aroma of sour fruit, balsamic vinegar, red wine and oak. Sweet flavour of cherries, apple cider, red wine and oak with a sour finish. Medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation.
