bottle. Initial pleasant vinegaric aroma turned into something no so pleasant. (nothing comparable to other sour beers I’ve tried...) Clear mahogany/ruby. White head, some leftovers stay till the end. Taste is nice, medium sweet, light/medium sour. Average carbonation, medium bodied, sour finish. Would be very good if it wasn’t for the aroma.

In my opinion this is not a beer, it tastes more like a carbonated vinegar.

Cor marrom escuro, brilhante. Espuma boa, bege, cremosa e média persistência. Aroma de vinagre. No paladar, equilíbrio entre o ácido e o azedo do balsâmico, vivaz e frutas secas. Remete a um vinho amadeirado e seco. Retrogosto ácido e seco. Surpreendente!!!! Explosão de sensações!!!!

0,25L bottle (from Wine of Galilee). Pours dark ruby with beige head. The head stays. Aroma is sour, burnt sugar, vinous, oak, berries. Flavor is sweet and sour, oak, fruits, berries, caramel, acidic notes, and touch of alcohol. Overall: very nice brew.

Not sure why I haven't rated this yet. Oh well. Bottle shared with Alli. Pours a deep ruby. Aroma of dark fruits, cherry, plum, slight vinegar. Taste is sweet, slight sourness. Palate is silky, a sustained low dry finish.

Pours dark mahogany, white foam, leaves some lacings. Aroma is soft vinegar, feels actually very attractive and inviting. Taste is also soft, surprisingly easy-drinking for a sour. Real smooth. Fruity, full of berries and sour character really builds this beer up nicely. I guess one of the classics that you should compare other brews against to. Fully enjoyable.

Ester aromas of dried fruit, cherries, plums. A bit of vinegar, not as much as others have reported. Clear amber to brown color with beige head. Unbalanced flavor in which sweetness dominates and cloys. There are nice dried fruit flavors but many other flavors are probably obscured. Carbonation is correct but palate impression is thick. Sweet finish. The mix is not right for my taste.Maybe the sweetness is there to cover off flavors.

Mahogany color, beige head. Vinous nose, wood, red berries, sour notes, dried fruit, hint of vinegar. Sweet taste, wood, almonds, vinous, berries. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Don’t sniff. You’ll puke with the vinegar scent. Taste only. Tons of cherries but the Vinegar is still strong for their sour. Bottle.
