UPDATED: DEC 13, 2013 Pours a dark reddish brown. Quite a sweet, malty aroma, with a hint of sourness, as well as green apple and oak. Tastes sweet and sour, quite fruity, has strong hints of green apple, with a bit of balsamic. A very complex character, there are a heap of different things going on regarding taste, and it’s hard to pin them all down. This is an amazing beer, every time I drink one it is almost a spiritual experience, trying to pin down all the different aspects of the beer, as compared the 2 dimensional malt-hop profile of most other beers, this is about 6 different dimensions, with all the different microbes making their own aroma and taste, as well as the malt and hops.

Ew. Not my thing, this one. Who the hell decided to make a beer that tastes like Worcestershire sauce? Honestly don’t get the 97 rating on this - maybe I just got a bad bottle? Nasty, nasty, nasty.

Fruity, berry and brown sugar aroma. Dark red clear liquid, white-brown head. Well balanced high sweetness and sourness. Bitter-sweet finish, soft carbonation. One of the best in its style!

I love the flavor of this beer. Slightly sour, yet sweet with a fruity wine like experience. Refreshing palate. Sight funk in aroma. Just so taste.

This beer tastes like a polish cheap wine, which was once of my favoritve alcohol beverages in high school. I higly recommend this beer everybody who didn’t drink a sour beer before.-------& na Piwo Tok (bloger) na Facebooku (https://www.facebook.com/Piwo-Tok-85716569101 Piwo Tok na Youtube oraz piwotok.blogspot.com

UPDATED: OCT 4, 2015 mahogany colour, one inch creamy beige head; aroma of balsamic vinegar, oak barrel, sour cherry and some actetone; taste is the same; would be perfect without this chemical acetone note

Aromat: przyjemny, złożony, wyczuwalna kwasowość przypominająca biały ocet winny, owoce (wiśnia, porzeczka), po zamieszaniu szkła suszona śliwka, i bardziej słodkie owocowe aromaty (malina, truskawka) i podbudowa słodowa lekko karmelowa.
