Tart with a refreshing sweetness. The aroma is malty yet also sour. This beer leaves a warm taste on the tongue.

Birra veramente spettacolare. Questa invece no!

Citrus wort and spicy in the nose with an intense aroma. At the apparence ambered beer with nice foam. Drinking it is sweet with fruity notes that become sour in the end (tannic). It’s a pleasure drinking this beer and the sweet ot’s perfectly balanced by its sour characteristic. Nice beer!

Old rating rerated 20.10.2014, 0,33l bottle shared with a colleague @ hotel room in Ulsteinvik:
Nice slightly fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is very mild fruity, sour-ish dark fruits, winegum, oak, grass, thinner, mild vinegar, butterscotch. Taste is mild sour-ish, dark fruits, sour-ish winegum, soda powder, oak, grass, sugar, butterscotch. Little bitterness, kind of watery mouthfeel. Fair enough, not as good as I remembered it...

Poured from 330ml bottle after cellaring for almost two years. Clear, dark mahogany with a 2-finger tan head and good lacing. Aroma of plums, sour cherries and toffee. Taste of blackberries, tart cherries, chocolate, plums, raisins, toffee and brown sugar. Medium/full body and high/medium carbonization. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I used to be a big fan of this beer....until I had a true Belgian Lambic-Geueze. Its not a bad beer, its just the sweetness at the end, gives me this vomit-y taste. Refreshing and sharp. Still I prefer only its sourness.

Amazing beer. Oatmeal coloured head with good retention and some lacing. Hazy, red beer. Scent is sour cherries and plums. Surprising amount of carbonation but not in a bad way, mouth filling flavours of caramel, sour cherry, raisins and a touch of leather, that last in a tantalising fashion. Well balanced. I am really pleased with this one. As Obi said ’These are the beers you are looking for.’

Punertava ruskea, katoava vaahto. Tuoksu hedelmäinen, makea. Suutuntuma miellyttävä, ohut, kevyen hapokas. Maku makea, hedelmäinen, hyvin hapan, maltaisen täyteläinen. Kokonaisuutena mielenkiintoinen tuttavuus
