Bottle @ TW&M, Charleston, SC. Ridiculous carbonation made me wait 5 mins to drink, but it was worth it. Cherry cola color with off-white, well lacing head. Acidic nose, wine hints with typical Belgium accents. Flavors of cherries, grapes, yeast, and candied sugars make this more sweet than sour but the tart is there, no doubt. A good Sour, not great, but a good intro to the style for those wanting a solid brew.

Udda, men jävligt bra.

Brown colour, with a small head that leaves a good ring and some lace. Aroma is tart, acid, cider, vinegar, combined with sweetness from red or dark fruits, cherries, oak cask, wood. Medium body and an active carbonation. Taste is acidic too, oak, red fruits, some citruses notes, chocolate, vinegar, cider., vanilla. Very complex and a hell of an extraordinary beer. Put another one in my list of perfect ten.

Aroma: Sour, vineous, cherry, some sweet alcohol.
Appearance: Very dark red color. Minimal, beige head.
Taste: Very sour, medium sweet, light cherry.
Palate: Sour finish.
Overall: Interesting, nicely balanced sourness and fruity sweetness. I got used to it, but sours are not for me.

Dark cherry brown body. Aromas of sour cherries, and green relish. On the tongue I am getting sour cherries, a touch of vinegar, a touch of relish, and a smidgen of clove. I am loving this off-beat sour.

0.75l champagne bottle. pours clear mahogany red with an creamy head and some lacing. sour aroma, wine, wood. very fruity flavour, cherry yoghurt, red fruits, vinegar, salad dressing, port wine, oak barrel. some burning sensation from vinegar. light body, astringent winy mouthfeel. very balanced (sweet/sour) and easy drinking. nice and wine-like, as a red sour should be.

Pours deep red/brown with an everlasting, meringue-thick, white head. Aromas of balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, cherries, sourdough bread, and oak. Intense sourness up front leads to barnyard funk, cherries, fresh baked wheat bread, and finally vanilla. Extreme carbonation creates a fresh look at every sip before it dissipates and gives way for a long, contemplative finish.

Incredibly nice ale. The taste is slightly acidic, with distinct taste of cherries. Its character has little in common with champagne, as it is very sparkling in the mouth. Acid is taken over by a slightly sweet vinous feeling that you can also find in the best dessert wines. Really refreshing and different. Perfect summer drink for many events.

Cerveza de color rojizo, olor a aceitunado, sabor ácido, fondo especiado y notas dulces tipo azucar moreno. Gran cerveza.

Poured, over carbed murky red brown. Lactic acid sour cherry fruit and sweetness on nose. Soft palette with a sherberty wasabi effect up the nose. Strong flavour of bold fruit, minerals ,wood and aged Balsamic vinegar. Interesting drink, a sipper. But little too sweet for me.

Aroma is sour cherry, toffee, berries, balsamic vinegar. Appearance is redish brown crystal clear with small head. Taste is light sour cherry with a sweet caramel malt backbone. Berries, balsamic vinegar, woody. Palate is medium light. A crisp beer but with a slickness that lingers. Carbonated well, champagne like. Overall a very nice beer. Unique in flavor, sweetness blends well with sourness. Well done.
