Not too much cherry in the nose, or at least not much as i expected. But the smooth and enjoyable cherry flavors more than impressed. I love the lightly bubbly feel on the tongue. I didnt think i would like it, but i eould def hav this one again!

Bottle at home. Pours red with a slight pink head. Strong aroma of sour cherries. Taste is tart with some sweetness to it, not too sweet. Overall a good kriek

Appearance: deep, clear cherry red with a creamy, light tan/pink head. Aroma: strong aroma of cherry cough syrup, a hint of tootsie roll, vanilla, and oak. Taste: sweet and tart cherry, some prune/plum, a bit of chocolate and wood, with a hint of funk (maybe brett, maybe lacto). Finish: like a sweet-tart candy, with a bit of zip from the carbonation. Notes: Certainly not the best kriek I’ve ever had, but definitely not bad. A little too funky right out of the tap, but significantly improving as it warms up. On draught at Victoria’s Gastropub in Columbia, Maryland.

Pours hazy dark red with a foamy white head. Smells of red fruits and has the aroma of... cherries, syrup, vanilla and malts. Taste is medium sweet and heavy sour, long finish. Nice texture, refreshing.

330 ml bottle. Bright reddish amber color. Pink head disappeared quickly. Aroma is sweet cherry and funky disco barnyard. Hints at barbecue sauce and furniture polish. Flavor is tart cherries and more barbecue sauce. There is some oak that emerges. Overall, this is a tart sweet lambic that gets it done.
