Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, thin white head that leaves lacing. Aroma of spices, malts and a hint of bread. Flavor is spicy, quite bitter and with a nice amount of malts. Bitter in the finish. Good balance. Creamy texture, above average carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow beer with a big white head. The aroma is malt and hops. The flavor is sweet, malt and hops. The palate is sweet. Overall this beer has the characteristics of a triple. Good beer.

Bottle that was a few years old. Big white head. Fruity, citrus, yeasty aroma. Golden pour. Sour tasting, lively, hoppy, yeasty, dry taste. Not very Christmasey.

Bottle. Golden color with a small white head. Yeasty aroma, also fruits and spices, particularly coriander. Rather spicy taste, aftertaste was short and with some bitternes. Chrismas beer?
