UPDATED: DEC 23, 2010 In short: A standard brewpub fruity and bitter IPA.
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Cloudy blonde orange body topped by a long-lasting medium white head leaving good lacings.
In long: Nose of fruity hops. well balanced beer with a pleasant mouthfeel. Nice malt extraction and generously hopped. Some residual sugars. Hops are crisp and are the fruity type (tangerines and pineapples mainly) with a floral edge. Finish has a long resinous bitterness of medium intensity. A Bumbay Grap that leaves a bitter after-taste like a pre-arrange Bombay marriage.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Bitter hop aroma with light chocolate. Palate is thin and there is a lack of flavor other than hops. Pretty boring and typical brewpub fare.
