Draft at the brewpub - Poured a slightly hazy orangish amber in color with a small off-white head. Aroma is strong of citrus/grapefruit hops. Flavor is also strong of these interesting hops... plenty of citrus. A bot of malt to balance. The Citra hops are the real attraction in the this fairly average Pale Ale. I liked it...

Tap at Vt pub. Pours a hazy medium copper with a thin off white head- lasting . Aroma is big citrus, and pine with tropical notes and fruity esters, some dank weed then solvent. Flavor is citrus, big grapefruit and tangerine mix, light pine oil, tar, slight sweet middle with caramel malts, slight solvent but still pretty good for vt pub and brewery.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazed golden amber with a medium sized white head. Big juice tropical fruit, bits of passion fruit and pineapple. Second citra beer in as many days, and while not the level of the first, so far the best of the six here at Vermont Pub & Brewery. Medium bodied, big earthy hop flavors, malty. Large grapefruit hits hard and fast before fading off into a slowly lingering bitterness. Well done.
