Pours a golden yellow with a white head. Smells citrussy. Tastes of straw and citrus. Not a lot going on here.

Sampled at the brewpub, hazy yellow hue, strong spicy coriander nose, with an orange peels fruitiness, juicy wheat malt, lemony accent in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a nice orange seeds fruitiness, hint of grapefruit, wheat malt character, spicy coriander, hint of pepper, leading towards a fruity citrucy finish. A bland bière blanche.

Cloudy golden-blond with a medium white head. Everyday spices aroma. Mouthfeel is floury and nothing seems to be able to pierce through it except from some basic citrus notes. Dry and bland. No traces of curacao in there, and with such a boring beer it’s almost a let-down.

Draught pint (served in a pint glass and too cold, dammit!) at the brewpub. The color is hazy medium gold, verging on opaque, with very little head or lacing.....nose is simple lemon-coriander with some faint hints of ginger and sourdough bready coming to fore with a bit of warmth....body is very very dry, somewhat sour and quite yeasty, with a peppery and rather bitter finish....the mouthfeel thick and bready to start grows quite thin and dull towards the finish....dry husks of lemon peel show up to no avail. I’ve been fairly impressed with the Pub over the last year, but this is a misstep.
