sampled at the brewpub. Hazy amber/dark golden in color. Aroma is alot of cascade hops, citrus with some caramel. Taste is citrusy and resiny, with caramel and nutty malt. Finishes hoppy and bitter. Kind of liked this one, weird for a brown ale though.

Light brown color with a light taste. You don’t taste much of the alcohol in this beer, what you do taste is the malt. Good beer.

Bu au pub en juillet 2005. Un bon petit goûtde malt roti, peu amère. J’ignore son taux d’alcool, mais elle ne goûte pas forte.

July 23, 2005. 3 oz. sample at Vermont Pub & Brewery, Burlington, VT. Light amber; frothy; medium head. Aroma sugary sweet, malty, but nondescript. Not much flavor up front; extremely heavy hop finish. Medium bodied.

Verre de dégustation à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur de céréales et d’agrumes. Apparence: Couleur brune-ambrée. Moyen col beige crémeux qui perdure. Aucune bulle. Large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblon et de pain grillé. Palette: Le corps est mince et la texture crémeuse. Amertume en arrière goût. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. (Rating #214)
