Aug 16, 2004 Growler, Chestnut with a small white head. Caramel and maple syrup in the aroma, soft carbonation, starts a little sweet and then gets sweeter, a touch of sourness in the ending.

May 17, 2004 3oz sample. dark amber with a small off white head. Sweet aroma, slightly of maple. Big citrus flavor to start, some carbonation in the middle kinda messes with your tongue. Slight sour maple flavor to end. Not great or good for that matter.
