Cloudy brown pouring with a large foamy head but the head dissipates rapidly. The aroma is stinky yeast and pleasant reminders of basements dampness and minerals. Right off the bat the beer is expectionally dry. Its taste is flat and yeasty and finishes very tart and sour.

Clear medium to dark amber red colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, malty, berry, horse blanket, barnyard, tart, wood, cherry notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart berry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120915]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy brown. Aroma and taste are yeast, brett, fruits, malt, caramel, wood and hops. Nice and sour.

Bottle @ Really late Summer Tasting Ulfborg, 2012. Pours cloudy ruby amber with a small white head. Caramel, bread, oak and cherries. Funky and dry. Nice.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Hazy copper color, small head. Distinct cobweb and lemon aroma. Vinegar sourness, near Cantillon style lemony sourness. Intense, but not really all that complex. Nice, but dies rather quickly.

Red-black clear body. No head. Sour aroma of cherries, deep malts: complex and well balanced. Heavily sour, moderately sweet flavour. No carbonation. Well balanced and ok complexity.
