4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
33 cl. bottle sampled @ 19de Nationale Bierhappening: clear dark brown ruby with a slightly off-white head only on the sides - smell is lovely wine vinegar, instead of the usual cherry notes of an Oud Bruin, picking up some lovely raspberry and raspberry vinegar here, interesting, light malt - light caramel sweetness, hint caramel, light wine vinegar, red fruits, that lovely raspberry, raspberry vinegar, light sour berries in the back, leather, nice acidity - lightly fizzy, bit light, might liked the experimental version a bit more but this one is more ’experimental’ interesting due to raspberry-ness for me, good stuff
