Znów czerwone wiśnie i lekkie nuty drewniane. Cudowne to jest, top flandersów jakie piłem!

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Bordeaux, quasi impenetrabile, schiuma biancastra media, molto persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-bassa. Eccellente!

Many thanks to ThirstyBird for this "Editie 2013" 37,5cl bottle. Exp: 26/10/23. Nice intense-sour beer, fruity. Wood, cherries. Sweetish background, sour-fruity-woody foreground. Intense and great. Nice sweet-sour balance, easy to drink and still deep. Great. The aftertaste is long, cherries, wood, nice sourness. Soft and smooth and still sour. Great.

On tap. Pours a reddish brown with light head. Aromas of red berries, and vinegar. Flavors of tart fruit and toasted malts. Simple and great.

Draught at Ølsnedkeren Århus. Very citric aroma, creamy and cheesy, burns my nose a little. Hazy red brown colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is very acidic with a creamy note. Tastes of real cream to me. A acetic note, but mostly sharp vinegary acid. Has a mild cheesy note in the flavour as well. And some red wine barrel and/or Flanders red acidity. Powerful and good.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ 19de Nationale Bierhappening: clear dark brown ruby with a slightly off-white head only on the sides - smell is lovely wine vinegar, instead of the usual cherry notes of an Oud Bruin, picking up some lovely raspberry and raspberry vinegar here, interesting, light malt - light caramel sweetness, hint caramel, light wine vinegar, red fruits, that lovely raspberry, raspberry vinegar, light sour berries in the back, leather, nice acidity - lightly fizzy, bit light, might liked the experimental version a bit more but this one is more ’experimental’ interesting due to raspberry-ness for me, good stuff
