COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In a time where a lot of Belgian Brewers are starting to experiment with American Hops, Brouwers Verzet shows they are already past that stage, and they come out with a low alcohol beer with No American Hops (NoAH)

Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, rain water, hops, hay, chewing gum and butter. Light bitter flavour, sweet malts, candy, peaches on syrup. Bitter finish, light sweet, touch of rain water.
Nice initiative, but not as good as I expected.

Bottle @ Nüetnigenough, Brussels.
Pours mudddy yellowish orange with a big, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has biscuity malts, light yeast, piney and resin. Medium carbonation, lovely dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is mild grainy, piney hops with light peach and resin. Very bitter grassy finish. Lingering bitterness.

@ Zythos 2013. A little hazy yellow colored beer, with a thick white head. The aroma of fruits like citrus with nettle and hops. The taste is some sweet, dry bitter hop. The aftertaste is bitter for a while and a little sweet.

bottle by travlr, thnx dude ! pours light orange, fast fading white head smells very .. farmy .. like hay, old mowed grass, woody( not barrel-aged oak or something like that) .. just like a garden, if you’d leave out the flowers. taste is pretty much nowhere to be seen, but aftertaste comes VERY quick and is insanely pure ! bitter, grains, hay , than bitter again , wich stays very long... OK , diffrent but not per se ’good’ so i’ll rate it mediocer, even though its pretty unique to me

Bottle. Hazy golden color, huge fluffy white head with good retention. Aroma of scallions, light citrus, grass. Taste is bitter straw, hay, white pepper. Not bad.

(Bottled@HBF 2013) Hazy golden with a largeish, cloud-forming head. Herby-hoppy nose with some lactic sourness. Somewhat bitter flavor with herbs, some sewery notes and a touch of yeast. Medium body, soft CO2. A hoppy, but not very balanced or enjoyable brew.

330ml bottle (HBF2013, Friday)
Sweet messy aroma, but I did get all the yeast. Odd taste, sweet and with muted hops. Like hops, but with all the aroma and bitterness removed. Some woodiness and yeastiness. A bit odd.

Bottle @ HBF 2013. Pours hazy murky gold with medium lacing head. Not as fruity as promised, much harsher in taste. Really one sided. Sour fruity finish. Such an big step down from Dulle teve.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours hazy orange in color with a small whitish head. Yeasty, fruity tropical notes. The taste is sadly quite not that good as the aroma promised, it’s harsh and just has a bit of light fruityness. Yeasty and slightly grassy bitter aftertaste.

Draught@Brugs Bierfestival. - pours a foamy, intense golden brew with solid head. Very pleasant, floral fresh grassy nose, hard to believe this has been achieved with no US hops at all. Tastewise, this had just my ideal mix of malt creaminess and hop bitterness, with a very well-rounded floral perfume. Could session this, subtle but top-notch!
