Enkeltheden er nøglen til stor smag, en uberørt, smagsstærk pilsner. Ufiltreret og normalt forbeholdt brygmesteren.

can, clear yellow, smooth white head. aroma is sweet malty, euro-bitter-hoppy, quite okay, but perhaps a little too sweet, like corn. flavor is pilsener, slightly sweeter and with a slightly metallic bitternes. okay for a low-end supermarket micro.

0.5 can. Deep. opaque, yellow color with an interesting, yeasty suspension and no head. Yeasty aroma of barnyard, dough, and some leather coupled with sweet honey. Taste is somewhat sweet with noticeable sour notes; some citruses, bread, sugars, pine, a little spiciness. More than medium yet not full body, slick texture, and average carbonation. Despite featuring the same flavors finish is a tad sourer than the rest but it does not offend. Overall the beer is rather drinkable and not bad for the style.

. A golden beer with a beige head, too clear for a Kellerbier. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Can. Best before 21.05.14. Pours a pale, hazy yellow with a diminishing white head. No lacing. Somewhat tart cereal aroma with a milky note and a remote touch of yeast in the background. Hops deep down, coming out as it warms, along with a grainy note. Flavour is fat, a bit tart, fruity and with a hint of orange, the latter increasing as it warms and becoming more generally citrus, followed by a grainy overtone. Spicy finish, a bit dry, with milky, grainy and citrus notes. Overall so-so. Feels too fat for the style and isn’t that well-made; the milky and grainy notes are misplaced. 25.12.13.

Can. Thanks bigbro. Pours murky yellow with a small, fizzy, white head. Aroma has sweet malts, light apple, citrus. Medium carbonation, dryish and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour has light metal, grass, somewhat dusty, light pine. Okay light chalky bitterness.

Can. Almost clear in the glass, golden in color and with a small, white head. The aroma is rather fruity, with grains, pine cones, peppery notes and some citrus peel. It’s quite thin on the palate, dry and with a fine carbonation level. Oranges, pine cones, pale malts and a little pepppery and bitter hoppyness. Bitter and fruity finish. A pretty pleasant one, tasteful and easy drinkable. 131214
