It tastes sweet, antibiotic, a bit bitter and sugar. In the aftertaste the medicin flavor is stronger. I really don´t like this flavor! 7/4/5/5/9/5

Bottle, pours clear light brown with fluffy off white head.... the aroma is fruits, apricot, blueberries, marzipan.... the flavor is alcohol,fruits,honey..... with flowers, blueberries and alcohol finish..... the aroma is perfect but the flavor is too alcoholic.......sorry to say this too alcoholic in the finish.... it would have been an perfect beer without the alcoholic finish...! .... I would have loved this without the alcoholic finish....

Pinball (11532) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 18, 2010
clear brownish amber, smooth lacing offwhite head. sweet apricot , marzipan and malts aroma, also some flowers. flavor is boozy dark fruits, honey. way too boozy to work with the dark fruits, and the honey just makes it even more cloying , hops makes it a little bitter but in a bad way. Acc. to label they have added blueberry flavor.

Rating #392, bottle from Kvickly

Another Willemoes beer I feared ruined by Vestfyen’s usual metallicness. But let’s see: It is a reddish copper-coloured beer. a bit hazy, and with a dense head that dissapears a bit fast. Aroma could be traced from the couch when poured; artificial raspberry, blueberries and caramel - an extra point for the power of the aroma! Taste is caramel and berries. Not the heavy belgian berry-taste as in belgian strong ales, but lighter more refreshing berries; most noticeable fresh blueberries that not are as artificial as people say, raspberries and then some citrus. Finish is light berries, a bit alcohol and a bit of bitter hops. Maybe the most refreshing and less hopped Willemoes I have had, and there is lucklily no metallicness in this one. I don’t think it is that artificial except from the aroma, and I like it. Soft beer, but then again it is a bit over-carbonated at the same time. All in all a quite ok beer.
