Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, wet hay, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small, white head. Fresh, fruity, orangey aroma. Medium body, sweet, fruity bubble gum notes - clearly some spices there, with a dryish finish. Quite interesting. 080614

Candy like malt sweetness, much like gummy bears, although admittedly also a bready grain undertone. Yeats is light cheesy. Medium sweet body, tasting ’organic’ but also with way too little hop character. Simplistic ending too, with simple brown sugar and a watery mouthfeel. It drinks okay but extremely standard French ambrée. (50cl bottle from Monoprix Neuilly-sur-Seine)

Pours a cloudy amber with a thin white head. Aromas are malts, fruits (orange) and honey. Nice balance between bitterness and sweetness.

Superbe

Bottle 50cl kindly shared by Calisky, a clear amber beer with medium head. Nose is low, on carared and light caramel. Aroma is on caramel, very sweet body, cereals and butter toffee, very clean, floral and yeast notes, malty, cinnamom and spicy touch. Well done beer, a spicy bitterness, especially at the finish.
