Not sour or wild ale as advertised, just a fake fruit beer on blanche basis. Very perfumed at nose but this is more like a diluted juice with water than a real beer. Almost no trace of hops, indeed. Lousy.

Colore rosastro, con schiuma quasi inesistente. Al naso non molto invadente, una leggera punta di fruttato. In bocca invece mi soddisfa un p di pi, non molto carbonata, rende la bevuta piacevole e dissetante.

Bottled 0,33L. Nice and realy elegant clear pink color, good bubbly aspect with an elegant foamy head of long duration. Fresh fruty nose, delicate rose aroma, crisp and little sour. Pleasant equilibrate crisp mouth, notes of stum, yeast, ros wine. Agreable overall impression.

Pale peach colour, white head. Fruity aroma, raspberry and other red fruits, specifically strawberry. Fruity light sour flavour. Quite thin body, Fruity finish, malts, light bitter touch.
Amusing beer, very drinkable.

Thanks Gene for sharing at In de verzekering

Head: small, white
Colour: pink/slight hazy
Smell: wheats, very mild sourness, rasps, yeasty
Taste: mostly raspberry with a dry undernote beerflavour, not allot of sourness or even anything at all, but very refreshing and fruity while not beeing sweet or anything, good stuff !

Courtesey & THX! of Travlr. Feb. 2012 Vintage. 50 cl. bottle sampled / had half @ In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst during the Tour de Geuze. Pours a bright orange with bubbles rising, little fading white head. Smell is pale weak strawberries rather than raspberries which is what they added according to the description, light yeast, hint mould, touch watery and lightly overripe, Taste is lightly sweet and mouldy, light sugar, slightly fermenting, touch dusty, light sweet malt and yeast, overall a bit weak and watery, dominated by weak strawberry notes, Reminds me more of a weak UK style fruit beer than a sour but very thirst-quenching & neutral enough to be paired with food I suppose which is what a lot of this Italian breweries aim at.
