Bottle. High and creamy off-white lasting head. Beautyful clear ruby body. Sweet nutty caramel barley malt aroma. Somewhat thin and watery sour berries flavor with caramel and rather sweet flavor. In connection with beef I am sure that the chef would love this beer. If it is a substitute for red wine I would truly pick the red wine in connection with beef. More power, more spices, more body is needed. You will hardly be able to taste the beer.Sorry mates, try again or in Danish "Det en ommer". Low carbonation, short aftertaste.

The color is a beautiful, red mahogany and the head is small and creamy. The flavour has notes of roasted malt, light smoke, caramel and light fruit. It is nice and very pleasant to drink, the smoke is a nice touch, but I’m not sure it is intended? Smoke can be a sign of an infection, but nevertheless at this point a nice one then...
