COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
7a er den første i en serie af testbryg fra Viborg Bryghus. Den er en typetro ale med en let røget maltkaramelsmag, som særlig træder i karakter, fordi den er brygget over åben ild efter gammel skotsk tradition. Navnløs 7a velegnet som tørstslukker og til krydret mad. Overgæret og lagret i 3 uger.

Bottle. A amber beer with a off-white head. The aroma and taste is of caramel malt and hay. Medium body with a sweet dry finish.

Bottle. [Only Danish beers session @ Myrup’s, thanks for a great evening Peter] Small bubbly beige head that mostly lasted. Clear flat looking body with a golden colour. Aroma of grain, citrus and fruit. Over the palate toasted malt. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour. Sweet malty finish. 5 / 3 / 5 / 3 / 12

50 cL bottle. Pours golden and clear orange with a diminished white head. Mild fruity, slight malty and somewhat hoppy aroma. Flavor is mild grassy towards hoppy bitter. Finish holds a solid bitterness and a vague metallic note.

Draught at "Den gamle By", Bryggerdage. Creamy white good mostly nlasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Strange but nice citrus-notes. Light bitter flavor. A bit acetic but nice bitter average finish. Oily palate. Strange pale scottisch ale.

Draught at Bryggerdage i den gamle by. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich with fruits and hops. Sour bitter finish.

Draught. Clear golden colour with a nice white creamy head. Rich aroma and taste of malts and fruits. The brewer said this was inspired by a scottish ale, but dark malts wasnt used. Still a good beer with a nice mouthfeel.
